As part of this growth dynamic, the Digital & Crisis Legal Counsel plays a strategic role within the company. Far more than a legal counsel, you act as a true business partner to our internal teams and our clients, at the intersection of digital law, cybersecurity, operations and crisis management.

Your reporting line
Reporting to the Legal, IT & Compliance Manager within the Legal & IT team, you will have daily interactions with the other members of the team, with the consultants of the advisory team and with management.
Your key missions
At the heart of the company’s growth and the legal security of its activities, you will work on a variety of missions on a daily basis. This position is aimed at profiles who enjoy dynamic environments, varied topics and demanding contexts. You will work on the legal security of Alcyconie’s activities, on supporting crisis preparation and management, on legal watch and also on quality.
Contract management
- Draft, analyze and negotiate contracts (clients, partners, suppliers);
- Maintain and adapt existing contract templates;
- Secure contractual commitments (obligations, risks, deadlines);
- Ensure the monitoring of contracts and associated obligations over time;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contractual processes in a Legal Operations (LegalOps) approach;
- Take part in optimizing contractual processes and integrating LegalTech and AI tools.
Crisis management and legal support to operations
- Carry out crisis management advisory missions for our clients (risk analysis, notifications, etc.) with strong added value on legal aspects;
- Contribute to the design of crisis exercises and/or crisis management programs implemented at our clients by bringing your legal expertise and ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework;
- Design and run exercises, workshops and training sessions for our clients on crisis management and cyber resilience topics.
- Support the advisory team, management and our clients on strategic legal issues in crisis situations (contract law, digital law and cybersecurity law);
- Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance (including GDPR);
- Contribute to the quality approach (Qualiopi and other certifications);
- Take part in updating internal documents and procedures;
- Manage the portfolio of intangible assets (trademarks, Soleau envelopes, etc.) and apply the intangible assets management policy;
- Carry out intellectual property protection procedures (filings, monitoring);
- Provide first-level legal watch;
Legal watch & dissemination
- Conduct legal watch on key topics related to the company’s activities (contracts, intellectual property, cyber, crisis, compliance)
- Produce notes or materials and present them during briefings;
- Occasionally take part in events (content, events)
Profile and required skills
- Higher education in law (Master’s degree in digital law, business law, private law or equivalent) with knowledge of digital law and the law of obligations;
- Initial significant experience in a law firm, in consulting or in‑house on IT/digital topics is a plus;
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and crisis management topics;
- Solid command of contract law and digital/cyber law;
- Good understanding of information systems and cybersecurity challenges;
- Fluent English required (written and spoken);

Conditions
- Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Availability: between July and early September 2026
- Salary: €36,000 – €42,000 gross annual
