Digital Consultant

The DBM Agency is looking for a Digital Consultant, in work-study, dynamic and passionate about digital to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing our client portfolio, defining clients’ digital strategies, and providing support during the implementation of projects sold.

The missions:

You enjoy working in a team, providing solutions, tackling challenges and participating in the development of customer strategies to lead their projects to success.

Prospecting:

• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage all stages of the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationship with prospects and potential clients.
• Establish sales objectives and work closely with the team to achieve them.
• Maintain and nurture relationship with existing clients.
• Identify client needs and propose adapted solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define their digital strategy.
• Build an appropriate strategy based on the client’s needs using the technical expertise of other departments.
• Recommend web solutions that match client objectives.
• Help create commercial proposals.
• Follow up project implementation and ensure client satisfaction.

Representation:

• Represent the agency and convey its values both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or prospecting.
• Knowledge of the digital field is required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
