Job Title: Solution Architect Data and Analytics
Location: Marignane, France
Responsibilities
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements
- Plan and design IT system components including hardware, software, and services
- Deliver global design, technical requirements, principles, and models that guide solution design for the IT Product in line with Enterprise Architecture guidelines in strong collaboration with Technology Specialists
- Secure integration of solutions across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectives
- Ensure consistency across IT Products; design, integrate, and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective, ensuring technical solutions, procedures, and models are up‑to‑date and compliant with standards
- Define patterns to collect and store data and analytics (D&A) data in line with platform guidelines
- Provide Data Urbanisation mapping applied to the IT landscape prior to the Data Platforms; lead activity of identifying authoring systems and best suitable data to answer business requirements in a Data Product logic
- Provide detailed Data Design through data modelling activities management (CDM, LDM, PDM, naming convention rules)
- Advocate IT services and product portfolio; identify needs for customization or integration between PSLs and bespoke add‑ons in coordination with Product and Service Line management and Enterprise Architecture
- Ensure ICT roadmap aligns with business process optimisation and organisational change management
- Define and plan various activities with Product and Service Line managers and business contributors
- Coordinate delivery of IT products and services, integrated solutions, leveraging project and programme team support
- Notify business of IT plans and changes and their impact on performance or plans
- Guide business in investing in IT, preferably using standard catalogue of IT products and services
- Showcase technology opportunities to the business
- Lead scoping process for cross‑product and service line solution delivery and coordination
- Secure incremental delivery of overall business value; facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation between business and IT
- Communicate value delivered according to‑plan
- Manage identification phase and delivery of D&A data models (CDM, LDM, PDM)
- Provide D&A data integration patterns and principles to manage data collection and storage on data platforms
Qualifications & Experience
- 5‑8 years of experience in a related area
- Component integration, IT architecture design, IT product design, IT product development
- IT & Business strategy alignment; IT/Business change management; business plan development; technology trend monitoring
- Information & knowledge management
- Data modelling knowledge
- Programme/Project portfolio control
- Advanced level in English
- Strong focus on people, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
- Appetite for teamwork, transparency, and facilitation
