La position
LeGlobal Digital Hub a été nouvellement créé au sein du Roche Services & Solutions Center à Budapest. Notre objectif principal est de renforcer les capabilities digitales de Roche à l'échelle mondiale en soutenant les initiatives centrales en gestion des médias sociaux, support de marque, services de publication digitale, automatisation marketing, rédaction et design créatif.
En tant que Digital Campaign Specialist dans le chapitre Digital Campaigns du Global Digital Hub, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la coordination de bout en bout de la diffusion de contenu de campagne sur tous les canaux et types de requête. Vous assurez une coordination fluide entre les équipes globales et locales, et garantissez des messages cohérents à travers l'organisation.
Dans ce rôle, vous agissez en tant que coordinateur de production de contenu, ainsi qu'en tant que conseiller pour soutenir les filiales dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs de contenu tout en alignant avec la vision digitale de Roche. Vous établissez et entretenez de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes du réseau d'affilié, servant de premier point de contact pour les questions, idées et défis.
Your Opportunity
- Content production management: Drive the end-to-end orchestration of campaign and content delivery across all channels and request types. Ensure delivery standards are met, and capture relevant feedback from stakeholders.
- Content network facilitator: Initiate conversations between global and local teams to reflect needs, insights and learnings and achieve consistent messaging across the organization. Collaborate with the global brand engagement team on global/local content plans and reuse.
- Stakeholder Communication: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revise digital campaign content requests accordingly, and ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the relevant stakeholders in the affiliate network by staying up-to-date with digital trends, industry innovations, and sharing best practices across affiliates.
- Empower affiliates to achieve their content goals while aligning with Roche’s digital vision.
- Support affiliates with content demand planning topics and integrate local demand forecast inputs into Roche's global demand planning methodology to ensure strategic alignment and readiness.
- Report and advise: Collect insights on localisation progress and engage with the global brand team to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in content production, project management, or digital campaign management, with a focus on coordinating digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- You have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, content creation, and campaign management; and you are familiar with the Life Science industry, including key local compliance and regulatory concepts is an advantage.
- You possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating collaboration between global and local teams.
- You are proficient in project management tools and software, with a readiness to learn new systems as needed.
- You are experienced in stakeholder management and incorporating feedback into content strategies.
