Digital Airframe Compliance Engineer (M/F) – Toulouse, France

The Digital Airframe Deployment and BOS team (Business Operational Support) seeks an experienced professional to deliver and standardize Business Operational Support, Business Release Management, and Method & Tools compliance. The core mission is to continuously improve existing and to‑be PMTD (Process Methods Tools Data) solutions for the internal and extended enterprise, supporting a safe, innovative, competitive and sustainable digital aircraft.

Challenges (Responsibilities)

• Export Control activities.
• Co‑Lead (with Process team) the DE.PA Export Control Project, covering all civil aircraft activities and Business deliverables.
• Co‑Lead and coordinate a cross‑functional MFT including internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Legal, Procurement).
• Drive Export Control operational activities and monitor performance.
• Act as delegate of the Airframe Local ISMS Officer, supporting Design Approved Organisations in security regulatory duties.
• Establish, operate, maintain, and improve the ISMS in the Airframe scope.
• Establish and drive the ISMS Representative network.
• Run ISMS security assurance within Airframe Centre.
• Contribute to security risk treatment decisions.
• Promote the ISMS within Airframe and support audits and management of events and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Airbus DE.PA Processes, Methods, Tools, Data (PMTD) solutions, especially legacy Business Applications.
• Good knowledge of Export Control and Information Security.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Open‑minded, proactive, self‑confident with excellent communication, networking, collaboration, stakeholder and change management skills.
• Autonomous and capable of taking initiative.
• English at the negotiation level; French, German, Spanish are a plus.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
