Digital Airframe Compliance Engineer (M/F)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Airframe Compliance Engineer (M/F) to join our Business Operational Support Department based in Toulouse, France. The candidate will be part of the Digital Airframe Deployment and BOS team.

Core mission of the team is to deliver and standardize Business Operational Support, Business Release Management and Method & Tools compliance, aiming for excellence with continuous improvement of existing and future PMTD (Process Methods Tools Data) solutions for internal and extended enterprise to support a safe, innovative, competitive and sustainable digital aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Export Control activities: Co‑Lead (with Process team) the DE.PA (Define & Integrate The Physical Aircraft) Export Control Project, covering all Civil Aircraft activities, all DE.PA Processes, internal and extended enterprise, deliverables and applications. Co‑Lead and coordinate cross‑functional MFT (Multi Functional Team) with internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Legal, Procurement). Monitor performance of Export Control operational activities.
• Airframe Local ISMS (Information Security Management System) Officer activities: act as delegate of the Airframe Local ISMS officer; support Design Approved Organizations with security regulatory duties; establish, operate, maintain and improve the ISMS in the Airframe scope; run ISMS security assurance, support audits, manage events and vulnerabilities; contribute to security risk treatment decisions; promote the ISMS within Airframe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience.
• Good knowledge of Airbus DE.PA Processes, Methods, Tools, Data (PMTD) especially Legacy Business Applications.
• Strong knowledge of Export Control and Information Security.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, networking, collaboration, stakeholder and change management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, self‑confident with initiative taking.
• English at negotiation level.
• Knowledge of French, German and Spanish languages is a plus.
• Willingness to work in an international environment.
