Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Digital Airframe Compliance Engineer (M/F) to join our Business Operational Support Department based in Toulouse, France.
The jobholder will join the Digital Airframe Deployment and BOS team (Business Operational Support). The core mission of the team is to deliver and standardise Business Operational Support, Business Release Management and Method & Tools compliance aiming for excellence with continuous improvement of existing and to‑be PMTD (Process Methods Tools Data) solution to internal and Extended Enterprise for a safe, innovative, competitive and sustainable digital aircraft.

Your challenges
Export Control activities
- Co‑lead (with Process team) the DE.PA (Define & Integrate The Physical Aircraft) Export Control Project. Project scope will cover all Civil Aircraft activities, all DE.PA Processes, internal and Extended Enterprise, all DE.PA Business deliverables and Business applications.
- Co‑lead and coordinate cross‑functional MFT (Multi‑Functional Team) which will include internal and external stakeholders (examples: Engineering, Legal, Procurement).
- Drumbeat Export Control operational activities and monitor performance.
Airframe Local ISMS officer activities
- Ensure support to the Design Approved Organisations to fulfil their security regulatory duties.
- Establish, operate, maintain and improve the ISMS in the Airframe scope.
- Establish and drive the ISMS Representative network.
- Run ISMS security assurance within Airframe Centre.
- Contribute to the security risk treatment decisions in Airframe.
- Promote the ISMS within Airframe.
- Support Airframe for security activities including audits and management of events and vulnerabilities.
Your boarding pass
- Strong knowledge, skills and experience (minimum 8 years) on Project Management.
- Good knowledge of our Airbus DE.PA Processes, Methods, Tools, Data (PMTD) solutions especially on the Legacy Business Applications.
- Good knowledge of Export Control and Information Security.
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Open‑minded, proactive and self‑confident person with excellent communication, networking, collaboration, stakeholder and change management skills combined with the ability to motivate others.
- Autonomous and able to take initiative.
- English at negotiation level, French, German, Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
