Responsibilities
- Support new clients in onboarding and using the firm's digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document uploads, etc.
- Guide clients through the setup of their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the dematerialization platform, uploading invoices, and configuring approval workflows.
- Create clear, user-friendly training materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external.
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the start of the relationship.
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process.
- Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant.
- You will be assigned an appropriate client portfolio so you maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role.
- Regular client visits will be required.

- You have knowledge of (or an active interest in) the electronic invoicing reform.
- You can create clear training materials and deliver training sessions.
- You are able to manage multiple files/assignments in parallel.
