Vous contribuerez aux stratégies de market access (intégrées, fondées sur des preuves, financement, remboursement et tarification) des thérapies d'Air Liquide Healthcare dans le secteur diabète à travers le monde, principalement en Europe.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with geography and country teams to secure and maintain timely access for ALH therapies for target populations, with optimal funding & reimbursement.
- Embed funding & reimbursement strategies into ALH R&D, clinical and commercialization processes.
- Coordinate and lead the development of Core Value Dossiers and value‑based tools/summaries for priority therapies, integrating marketing strategies with evidence of clinical and economic value.
- Secure market‑access readiness at affiliates level, supporting affiliate teams’ preparation and delivery of quality funding & reimbursement submissions, and helping build affiliate market‑access expertise.
- Carry out payer studies and engage with stakeholders in international healthcare ecosystems.
- Anticipate changes in the delivery of healthcare in key markets and identify the most relevant funding and reimbursement strategies for ALH therapies according to different health‑system methodologies and payers’ willingness to pay.
- Understand and articulate the relevant clinical and economic outcomes for payers, and the key features and value‑added benefits for payers to guide technology and service developments.
- Engage with international stakeholders to understand their thinking regarding the assessment and funding/reimbursement of health technologies and services, to identify and build innovative models to ensure the added‑value of ALH therapies are recognized and rewarded by payers and other health‑system stakeholders.
- Assess the market‑access readiness and needs of new therapies/offerings to contribute to company strategies.
- This is a role that involves regular business travel abroad.
Qualifications
- An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MHA, MS, or MSc in health economics, health policy, healthcare administration, health services research, public health, or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in market access, health economics or related field, preferably in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industries, with a majority of time spent working in Europe.
- Strong technical expertise in the areas of market access and health systems, leveraging clinical and economic data to support market access.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to present complex information to a broad group of senior stakeholders in a way that is meaningful, understandable and credible to the audience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members in developing and conveying evidence of value and facilitating patient access.
- Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated track record developing relationships at all levels in an organization, collaborating with diverse teams, and directly influencing business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Set and execute on priorities, manage multiple projects and produce results,
- Continuously adapt in a rapidly changing atmosphere to maintain and improve functional excellence,
- Work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in French or another language is a nice-to-have.
