DGCL- Chargé(e) études juridiques en matière d'action sociale - égalité professionnelle H/F -FP3

Overview:

This role is a public service position within the Ministry of the Interior. The chargé(e) d’études juridiques focuses on professional equality, disability employment, absenteeism, diversity, discrimination, social action, sick leave and territorial employment statistics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and elaborate regulatory and legislative texts concerning equality, disability, and other social action topics.
• Draft legal notes, memoranda, and written answers for ministries, national and local elected officials, trade union representatives, and local authorities.
• Provide expert advice on interpretation of texts and support litigation matters linked with the portfolio.
• Represent DGCL in interministerial meetings, national committee on disabled workforce, and other regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to statistical follow‑up of territorial employment and monitor administrative compliance.
• Advocate projects before the Council of State when required.
• Coordinate with partner bodies (DGAFP, budget direction, professional associations, etc.).

Required Knowledge

• Expert legal expertise in French labour/administrative law.
• Proficiency in IT and office software.
• Familiarity with the local public administration environment.

• Strong communication and negotiation.
