Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Solution Administrator (DevSecOps) to join our team. This role involves managing and securing our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is resilient, scalable, and highly available. The ideal candidate will have experience in network security, cloud security, encryption, vulnerability management, EDR/VPN, monitoring and logging, IAM/PAM, and familiarity with CI/CD environments, scripting, code scanning, containerization, and public cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal functioning of the security capabilities of the Infrastructure platform.
  • Implement, tune, and conduct ongoing administration of security tooling, including proposing system changes, better practices and improvements.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of access controls to ensure only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
  • Contribute to efforts to respond to and recover from security incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT Security Team (SecOps) to integrate security measures and controls according to Group Security policies, Group library controls, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to estimate resource requirements, plan for future growth, and ensure infrastructure scalability to meet evolving business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and configure security systems, including firewalls, switches, and other network security devices.
  • Implement and maintain security measures for VMware environments: vCenter, NSX, and NKP.
  • Configure and manage security tools for vulnerability management, identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, and ensure remediation.
  • Set up logs and alerts from solutions to an incident detection service.
  • Oversee identity and access management, including privileged access management.
  • Develop scripts and automation tools using Python, Bash, and PowerShell to streamline security processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional experience: At least 5 years as a Security Engineer or similar role in a regulated or highly available environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in regulated environments requiring scripting and configuration automation.
  • Mandatory technical expertise: Fortigate, Stormshield, vCenter, NKP, NSX, Qualys, Contrast, HarfangLab, Active Directory, WALLIX, Bash, Python, PowerShell.
  • Advantageous skills: GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP.
