DevOps - Site Reliability Engineer – Digital Assets
Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are building a new Digital Assets team at Euronext, with the mission to develop our tokenisation and distributed ledger technology (DLT) capabilities, launch products for financial institutions and retail clients, and define the next generation of financial market infrastructure – bridging traditional and decentralised finance. This founder‑style mandate inside an established, regulated institution offers the pace of a zero‑to‑one build backed by the credibility and scale of Europe’s leading exchange group. By joining now you will be part of the core team, directly involved in shaping the strategic direction and playing a decisive role in defining and building the foundations of the project.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code, CI/CD, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, enabling zero‑downtime deployments for a regulated tokenisation platform.
- Design and implement observability solutions, including metrics, logs, traces and alerting, and define service level objectives (SLOs) to ensure platform reliability.
- Establish and run the on‑call rotation; author and maintain runbooks.
- Harden the security posture of the infrastructure in collaboration with the security lead.
- Maintain platform stability and availability through periods of rapid change.
- Use AI‑assisted tools for infrastructure‑as‑code and pipeline authoring, with disciplined human review before deployment.
- Apply AI for anomaly detection, alert triage, incident summarisation and post‑mortem drafting.
- Deploy, monitor and operate in‑product AI/ML services, including rollback capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g. Terraform), containers/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record in 24/7 observability and incident‑response experience; SLO/error‑budget practice.
- Experience building secure, auditable infrastructure for regulated workloads.
- Calm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to produce clear, actionable runbooks.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted engineering practices, including AIOps, incident summarisation and monitoring of AI/ML services.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.
Benefits
- Being part of an international, diverse and innovative team.
- Developing your skills through continuous learning and real responsibilities.
- Contributing to projects that matter in a dynamic environment.
- Playing an active role in building transparent, responsible and sustainable capital markets.
