DevOps Manager

Your Mission

As DevOps Manager, you'll lead the DevOps team, helping shape the cloud infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and support engineering teams in delivering reliable and scalable services. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive best practices in automation, infrastructure, and platform operations.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure with scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency in mind.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain DevOps tools and processes across engineering teams.
• Promote DevOps best practices and foster collaboration between development and operations.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based services.
• Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors and external service providers.

What Are We Looking For?

Must-Have Skills

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
• Databases: AWS RDS, MySQL, MariaDB
• CI/CD: CircleCI, GitHub
• Monitoring & Security: Cloudflare, Prisma Cloud, Grafana
• Professional proficiency in English, as you'll collaborate with teams across multiple countries.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PHP or Python
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration practices
• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and data structures

Additional Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Availability to work from the Arcueil office two days per week to collaborate closely with the team.
