Job Description
We are looking for a skilled DevOps/IT Engineer to maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensure operational excellence, and strengthen security and compliance processes. In this role you will manage CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and support scalable, reliable systems for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement best practices, monitor performance, and respond to incidents while ensuring identity, access, and compliance standards are upheld.
Accountabilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain build, test, and deployment pipelines across cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions to support provisioning, scaling, and updates.
- Ensure operational reliability and performance through monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Conduct incident response, triage, and root cause analysis for production systems.
- Oversee IT access reviews, identity management, and compliance with security frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineers to design scalable, resilient systems and support disaster recovery procedures.
- Promote best practices for software delivery, automation, and operational excellence throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE, or hybrid infrastructure/IT engineering roles.
- Strong experience managing cloud infrastructure in Azure, including App Service, Storage, SQL Database, Front Door, Key Vault, and Log Analytics.
- Proficiency with infrastructure‑as‑code frameworks such as Bicep or equivalent.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps YAML.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms for real‑time insights.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
- Preferred: familiarity with MDM solutions, mobile/web product deployment, and zero‑incident production environments.
