• Establish and maintain release management practices that improve predictability, traceability, quality, and deployment efficiency
• Embed security practices into development and delivery pipelines through automated checks
• Define and improve telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities across systems and environments
• Support the implementation and maintenance of modern development environments, build systems, deployment platforms, and automation frameworks
• Ensure DevOps practices support reliability, scalability, maintainability, cybersecurity, and testability of delivered software
• Lead and support the DevOps team in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and technical direction
