About the Role

Infrastructure & Deployment DevOps Engineer. You will design, build, and maintain the software systems that power our manufacturing and production environment, including engineering workstations, automated test benches, and IIoT components. Your mission is to keep the production line high‑performance, reproducible, and scalable so R&D and manufacturing teams can move at lightning speed.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain fleet‑management systems that coordinate software updates and lifecycle across a diverse fleet of production workstations and industrial compute nodes.
• Develop and maintain automated deployment solutions for test benches and IIoT devices using containerization tools (Docker, Docker Compose, Portainer).
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) that support rapid delivery of automation tools and inspection software to the factory floor.
• Use declarative build systems (Docker Bake, Ansible) to ensure every test bench and workstation is configured identically and can be recovered instantly.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions for internal operations.

Candidate Requirements

• MSc in Software, Electrical, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a software engineering role focused on infrastructure, DevOps, or industrial automation.
• Expert in Python scripting, automation, and building deployment tooling.
• Hands‑on experience deploying software at scale using Docker and orchestration tools.
• Experience with tools like Ansible for workstation configuration or IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT Greengrass) for managing distributed industrial assets.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
