DevOps Engineer

• Administer and maintain ERP environments and applications in operational/production conditions
• Install, patch and configure systems
• Manage users and access
• Provide operations analysis and Level 1 / Level 2 support
• Track incidents and ensure their resolution
• Manage configuration files
• Write and update technical procedures and user documentation
• Monitor applications and infrastructure
• Use monitoring tools, notably Application Manager, Grafana and other monitoring solutions
• Analyze alerts and continuously improve monitoring
• Participate in migration initiatives to Azure
• Automate operational tasks
• Contribute to optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Implement DevOps practices
• Participate in industrializing deployments and environments
• Take part in innovative, nationwide projects for major corporate clients

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Linux and SQL (required)
• Experience or understanding of operations environments and Level 1 / Level 2 technical support
• Interest in the DevOps & Cloud ecosystem: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab
• Higher education degree in computer science (Engineering degree / Master's) or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in application operations, software integration or system administration
• Knowledge of or interest in Python is a plus
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Team player
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus
• Out-of-hours work may be required and on-call duties may be expected in the longer term
