Device Engineer, STEP & R&D – BCD MOS Tech Lead

Microchip Technology Inc. in France invites a Device Engineer to join STEP R&D, collaborating with teams in France and the United States to drive technology transfer and device development for BCD MOS.

You will work cross-functionally with Design, Fabrication and Product Engineering to improve yield, analyze DOE data, and perform TCAD simulations. The role requires Unix and Cadence expertise, and fluent English and French. Travel up to 25% may be required.
