Device Engineer II – BCD MOS & TCAD Optimization

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an Engineer II in France, Rousset, to drive technology transfer, device development and performance improvements on BCD MOS processes.

You will collaborate across design, fabrication and product teams and perform TCAD simulations and detailed electrical characterization. You will analyze DOE data, define new test structures, and run experiments to optimize device performance, while communicating findings in team settings.
