About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the squad dedicated to the concierge ecosystem, contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of our internal CRM platform built on Salesforce Service Cloud. Your mission is to design, develop, and deploy new features that help our concierges deliver exceptional service to our members. You will leverage AI, automation, and conversational agents to create smarter, more intuitive experiences for both concierges and members. You will contribute to both technical development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations) and functional design, collaborating closely with Product Owners and our Salesforce Architect. This position is ideal for a developer who wants to grow within a dynamic environment, take ownership of impactful projects, and progressively evolve toward a Lead Salesforce Developer role.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features for Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business experts to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data exchange.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developments through best practices and unit testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and deployment strategies.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile squad, taking part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our Salesforce ecosystem, bringing ideas for innovation, automation, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Have 1–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role.
- Be proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Knowledge of Aura Components is a plus.
- Have a solid understanding of Service Cloud (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud appreciated).
- Be comfortable with RESTful APIs, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Postman, and DataLoader.
- Understand the principles of configuration, data model, and security within Salesforce.
- Speak operational English, as some meetings are conducted entirely in English.
- Be rigorous, collaborative, and oriented toward iterative, value-driven delivery.
Required Skills
- Experience with OAuth2 and JWT-based authentication.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and cross-functional teamwork.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and conversational agents.
- A genuine interest in building tools that make people’s work easier and more efficient.
