Mission

Develop, implement, and support workflows on the Workflow Gen platform, replacing HS.net and providing the necessary technical documentation and training.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development of workflows for the Workflow Gen Formation application.
• Collaborates with integration teams, local IT, and business functions to prepare specifications and associated process documentation.
• Develops workflows using agile practices and coordinates testing phases.
• Validates developed workflows, deploys them, and provides end‑user training.
• Creates and documents standard development work procedures.
• Provides training to future developers and ensures post‑deployment hyper‑care support.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a developer using simple tools, preferably Workflow Gen (training will be provided).
• Process mapping and knowledge of industrial flows.
• Strong rigor, listening ability, and aptitude for compromise.
• Team facilitation and animation skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Pragmatic mindset and good IT culture.

Position Details

Location: St Marcel (Vernon), Normandy, France with travel to the UK. The role starts in September 2026 and lasts approximately 6 months.
