About The Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design and implementation of core application features. You will be responsible for building scalable systems that automate complex decision‑making processes within a high‑performance environment. Working alongside data scientists, product managers, and designers, you will influence the technical evolution of the platform. This role offers the opportunity to drive architectural improvements and modernization efforts while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, maintainable code that directly impacts global industry operations.

What You'l

• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces to facilitate data collection and review.
• Build and maintain robust APIs that automate complex decision‑making workflows.
• Write, test, and deliver clean, maintainable code using automated testing frameworks from unit to end‑to‑end.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including releases, deployments, and production monitoring.
• Execute technical migrations and architectural improvements to modernize evolving platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine agile development processes through continuous feedback.
• Optimize system performance and scalability to handle high‑volume data and user interactions.

What You Bring

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in backend development with C#. Hands‑on experience with frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven ability to deliver clean, well‑architected code.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Based in an EU company.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with MSSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or Octopus.
• Exposure to Cypress for end‑to‑end testing.
