Overview

The role focuses on the design and development of a developer portal based on Backstage.io. The consultant contributes to integration, extensibility, and evolution of the platform, ensuring architectural consistency, security alignment, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the implementation of an application cockpit based on Backstage.io
• Integrate Backstage.io within the existing technical ecosystem
• Install and configure official Backstage.io plugins
• Design and develop custom Backstage.io plugins
• Contribute to defining the target Backstage.io architecture for large-scale use
• Participate in architecture and security studies related to the platform
• Work within an Agile / Scrum development framework

Mandatory Skills

• Backstage.io integration and customization
• React.js
• REST APIs
• Plugin and front-end development
• Software design and development (Level 3)

Specific Requirements

• Confirmed experience developing React-based applications
• Ability to develop and integrate custom Backstage.io plugins
• Experience contributing to target architecture definitions
• Awareness of security and architectural constraints in platform environments
