• Managing day-to-day development tasks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
• Overseeing code quality through code reviews and maintaining high standards.
• Collaborating with other teams to align development efforts with business and product goals.
• Contributing to architectural and design decisions to build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring seamless execution.**What We’re Looking For**
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in .

NET development with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.* Proven expertise in the .

NET Core framework and relational databases, particularly SQL Server.

• Experience designing, developing, and optimising scalable architectures such as Microservices, Serverless, and Event-Driven Systems.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior and mid-level developers, guiding them through complex technical challenges and fostering professional growth.
• Strong decision-making skills in selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of high-quality software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) and with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React (full-stack experience is a plus).
• Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and ensure team collaboration and accountability.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.**Good to Have**
