Job Overview

Lead a dynamic team to deliver innovative software solutions as Development Team Lead at Ariane.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster technical growth and collaboration.
• Actively contribute to the development process, from writing code to reviewing pull requests.
• Ensure day‑to‑day development tasks are managed, deadlines met and quality standards upheld.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to deliver high‑impact solutions.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, maintaining high standards.
• Contribute to architectural and design decisions to build scalable, efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in .NET development with strong OOP foundation and design patterns.
• Proven expertise in .NET Core framework and relational databases, especially SQL Server.
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing scalable architectures (Microservices, Serverless, Event‑Driven).
• Ability to mentor and lead junior and mid‑level developers.
• Strong decision‑making skills with focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with front‑end frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, React) is a plus.
• Good to have: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
