Within the Process Engineering team of the Process Research, Development & Engineering organization at our Fontainebleau site, and in close collaboration with the Engineering Department of Corning’s Bagneaux-sur-Loing plant, we are looking for a Development Engineer – Process Industrialization,
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission will be carried out jointly with the manufacturing plant to provide industrialization support to the plant engineering teams
- Developing an in-depth understanding of processes currently under development.
- Acting as the key interface between the manufacturing plant and the Technology Center.
- Conducting studies and analyses to support the evolution of equipment and processes, as well as evaluating process suitability for opportunities identified for the plant.
- Leading and contributing to the resolution of technical issues.
- Defining the criteria for transferring equipment and processes under development into production.
- Liaising with the Group’s RD&E (Research, Development & Engineering) divisions.
PROFILE
We are looking for high-potential candidates, preferably graduates of leading engineering schools, with at least 3 years of experience in industrial R&D. Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an asset.
