Developer Backend – NavOps, High Performance Computing Development w/m

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build cloud solutions for our NavOps platform, which redefines high‑performance computing in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the microservices architecture: define interactions and scaling strategies across NavOps services to ensure resilience, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead technology stack upgrades: stay ahead of modern patterns (event‑driven architecture, distributed systems) and adopt best practices.
• Automate documentation using Documentation‑as‑Code: build and lead a developer‑friendly documentation strategy with automation at its core.
• Drive user stories: break down business and technical objectives into actionable development tasks and ensure alignment across teams.
• Contribute to NavOps core functions: improve core libraries, deployment logic, security posture, and cloud efficiency.
• Strengthen CI/CD: oversee and optimize continuous integration pipelines to accelerate delivery while safeguarding quality.

Qualifications

• Solid software engineering craftsmanship with Go, Python, and cloud SDKs.
• Strong experience designing microservices and event‑driven systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Passion for high‑quality, maintainable, and documented code.
