Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations. We manage over €2 billion in assets under management and operate more than 800 properties across Europe and North America.
Emerald Stay, our 4 * brand, seeks a proactive and solution‑oriented manager to oversee the second largest Emerald Stay destination, comprising a portfolio of 40+ properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Management
- Lead a high‑performing local team of seasonal staff with an empowering, trust‑based leadership style.
- Drive performance through clear objectives and regular feedback.
- Support individual growth and skill expansion.
- Foster a strong service culture and team engagement.
- Lead through change and scaling phases.
Quality and Operations Management
- Represent Emerald Stay locally.
- Ensure quality and brand standards are maintained.
- Handle maintenance needs and develop a network of providers.
- Manage relationships with key providers and partners.
- Develop new partnerships with local providers.
- Share recommendations that optimise operations.
- Participate in property inspections pre‑arrival and post‑departure.
- Assist in linen and stock management.
Guest Relationship Management
- Participate in guest visits.
- Share local recommendations, particularly off‑the‑beaten‑path activities.
- Ensure specific guest needs are met (VIP treatment, baby equipment, etc.).
- Upsell services to guests.
- Intervene in case of guest emergencies or escalated situations.
Owner Relations Management
- Maintain relationships with owners in your destination in close cooperation with our Barcelona team.
- Integrate newly signed properties into the Emerald Stay portfolio following our onboarding process (inventory creation, photo‑shoot coordination, etc.).
Other Responsibilities
- Depending on seasonality and your bandwidth, you may be involved in additional operational aspects.
KEY INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
- Employment start: beginning of August 2026.
- Full‑time permanent contract.
- A computer and a professional cell phone will be provided.
- A professional vehicle may be provided.
- Access to our office in Passy.
- Work days and hours may vary in line with hospitality demands.
ABOUT YOU
Must‑haves
- Entrepreneurial mindset: open to the unknown, creative, flexible, with a can‑do attitude.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years managing premium hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of Chamonix and the Pays du Mont‑Blanc, and possibly an existing network there.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in managing team members and enjoyment of that role.
- Comfortable speaking with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals).
- Ability to manage stress and avoid being overwhelmed.
- Detail‑oriented, open‑minded and positive.
- Capability to multitask and work independently.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Nice‑to‑haves
- Experience working for a fast‑growing company.
- Degree in hospitality management.
- Experience with Mews, our Property Management System.

- Knowledge of an additional language.
