As part of a major Oil & Gas / Subsea project , we are looking for an experienced Lead Structural Designer to support structural design activities and coordinate the associated engineering interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Structural Designer, you will work autonomously under the supervision of the discipline manager and in close coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform and supervise structural design and 3D modelling activities
• Coordinate and support a team of structural designers
• Ensure the quality and consistency of 3D models and technical drawings
• Manage technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines
• Participate in design reviews and resolve design-related technical issues
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, technical standards and schedules
• Contribute to the planning and coordination of structural design activities
• Work on structures and equipment for Oil & Gas projects , particularly within Subsea / Deepwater environments

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Structural Design within the Oil & Gas industry
• Previous experience on Subsea / Deepwater projects is highly desirable
• Strong experience in structural design and 3D modelling
• Excellent command of Autodesk Inventor
• Good knowledge of Autodesk Vault
• Knowledge of Subsea / Offshore installation methods would be a strong advantage
• Previous experience in team coordination or lead responsibilities
• Ability to effectively manage interfaces with other engineering disciplines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work autonomously within an international project environment
• Good professional English proficiency
