Desktop Support Technician
This is an immediate requirement for someone who can hit the ground running and make a real impact from day one.
As the go-to IT professional for the Paris office, you will be the face of IT support locally owning the end-user experience, supporting a French-speaking workforce, and working closely with a wider desktop support team in the UK. With a realistic start date of mid-to-end June and an initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential, this is a fantastic platform to embed yourself in a dynamic international environment and build long-term value.
First, you'll have genuine autonomy this is your patch, and you'll be the trusted technical point of contact on the ground in Paris. Second, you'll be joining a mature, experienced UK-based team with real support behind you, giving you both independence and backing. Third, there is clear extension potential beyond the initial term, with the business already planning ahead for the longer term.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day end-user IT support across the Paris office
Manage IT equipment, hardware provisioning and maintenance (Lenovo/Windows environment)
Onboard new hires device setup, access provisioning and induction support
Administer and support O365 and core business applications
Handle DNS and DHCP support tasks
Support cloud application queries and general IT infrastructure
Assist with office move logistics and IT relocation
Liaise with and report into the UK-based desktop support management team
Skills/Must Have
2–5 years of experience in a desktop support or IT engineer role
Fluent French and English written and spoken
Strong working knowledge of Windows and Lenovo hardware
Hands‑on O365 administration and support experience
DNS and DHCP knowledge
Comfortable working fully on‑site, 5 days per week
Based in or able to commute to the Paris/Asnières‑sur‑Seine area
Immediate start live requirement with a realistic start date of mid-to-end June
