Desktop Support Specialist – Onsite & Remote

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable IT Support Resource in Marseille to coordinate onsite support for desktops and laptops. The role involves providing first- and second-level support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring optimal service delivery to end-users.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus. A flexible schedule and after-hours support may be required.
