Desktop Support Specialist

Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.

Deinstall and recover devices during leaver lifecycle and refresh programmes.

Execute break-fix troubleshooting and hardware replacements.

Provide onsite floor-walk and TechBar support for end-user issues.

Manage and update asset inventory and CMDB records.

Support new joiner device setup and onboarding activities.

Coordinate device relocation (moves and changes) across sites.

Perform post-installation checks and ensure user readiness.

Follow security, compliance, and organisational IT standards.

Provide progress updates and maintain documentation/reporting.
