Design Systems Leader, Oxygen: Scale AI-First Products

Doctolib is seeking a Head of Design Systems to lead Oxygen, the company-wide design system, within the Brand and Design team. You will ensure a consistent design foundation across products and scale design quality in an AI-first development environment.

You will oversee a large, multi-market design and engineering effort. The role requires 10+ years in design systems, strong stakeholder management, and experience with regulated healthcare contexts.
