WSN is the organizer of international fashion, lingerie, and design events in Paris: Who’s Next, Bijorhca, Premiere Classe, Salon International de la Lingerie, Interfilière Paris, and Matter and Shape.

We have been organizing events for 30 years at Porte de Versailles and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week.

Our events enable French and international brands, creators, and designers to showcase their collections and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from around the world.

Job Description

The Design Project Assistant ’s main mission is to support the sales and communication activities of our events, particularly Matter&Shape . The role includes managing client requests, updating online content, contributing to event organization, and creating communication materials.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests:
  • Handle incoming requests and provide the necessary information.
  • Ensure follow-up on client files to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date client information within management systems.
• Follow-up on incoming inquiries:
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to requests and questions from potential clients.

E-commerce

• Creation and update of online content:
  • Write and update product descriptions and other website content.
  • Ensure the website is up to date and well organized.
• Regularly monitor the website to identify and correct errors or issues.

Communication

• Event organization:
  • Participate in and support the smooth organization of events.
• Content creation:
  • Assist in creating presentation decks.
  • Support the collection of photos, texts, and projects from each exhibitor/partner.

Required Skills

• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in office software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Profile Sought

• Higher education degree, from Bachelor’s to Master’s level (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
• Passion for design and interest in fashion.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and creative.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Contract type: Internship agreement – 6 months
