Design Ops & AI Tooling Builder

Alan is hiring for a builder role at the intersection of design ops, tooling, and AI enablement. You will scope where AI and automation can help the design and research community, then turn ideas into usable tools and automations that scale with our growing member base.

You’ll partner with engineers, product ops, and platform teams to implement efficient rituals, and you’ll champion better practices to raise quality while moving faster.
