What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams from concept through to completion.
• Drive coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project programmes, design reviews, and technical compliance.
• Identify and resolve design challenges before they become project risks.
• Support innovation, sustainability, and best-practice design solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Design Manager, Design Lead, or Engineering Manager.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building design and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline.
