Responsibilities

• Product Design and Development: Develop and design Gasket solutions for applications in electrolyzers and fuel cell engines based on customer requirements, ensuring economic feasibility under production conditions.
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for our international customers in all matters related to our products.
• Project Development: Oversee development projects from product design through prototyping and testing to production transfer, using PPAP and APQP procedures.
• Project Responsibility: Take full responsibility for projects and coordinate tasks with sales, process engineering, and production teams.
• Supplier Management: Manage technical aspects with suppliers and service providers to ensure the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering or Material Science, ideally with a Master\'s degree.
• Professional Experience: Initial experience in product development and knowledge of elastomer products are advantageous.
• Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of design and processing methods as well as the assembly of static sealing elements for the automotive industry is helpful.
• Technical Skills: CAD skills.
• Personal Attributes: Creativity combined with pragmatism, team spirit, and a high degree of independence.
