Design Director – New Business Models

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Product Design Leader for New Business Models. You will build and scale a world-class design team and define omni-experience strategy across customers, partners, and internal teammates, translating the 2030 vision into actionable design strategy.

In collaboration with Product and Tech, you will map user journeys, JTBD, and personas, lead cross-functional design initiatives, and establish frameworks to measure UX impact.
