We are looking for a proactive Production Manager (m/f/d) to lead and optimize our painting and assembly operations. In this role, you will drive performance across production processes while ensuring quality, efficiency, and team engagement in a dynamic industrial environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Define production objectives, plan schedules, and ensure optimal alignment between workload and capacity
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive working environment
• Implement and drive the industrial strategy across shopfloors
• Ensure and continuously improve product quality through appropriate processes and controls
• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance activities

Your Qualifications

• Solid experience in industrial production, operations, or manufacturing management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong understanding of quality management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage complex operations and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
