Deputy General Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the protection of the company’s sites, personnel and sensitive information
• Develop, communicate and enforce security plans across the company’s five sites
• Manage security guard and reception service contracts, monitor performance and implement corrective actions
• Ensure the availability and resilience of security systems
• Make decisions and supervise the handling of incidents and contingencies
• Produce, maintain and enforce security documentation, and provide it to authorities when necessary
• Drive action plans arising from audits and inspections by authorities

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree (BAC+5) in security or an equivalent level of experience
• You have a strong command of PSDN regulations as well as project management
• Comfortable with physical security issues related to export control
• Good understanding of AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) approvals
• Fluent in English
• Recognised for your rigor, respect for confidentiality and ability to provide authoritative guidance
