The Role
You’ll be the first Deployment Strategist at Bonx for the French market.
Responsibilities
Fast-track opportunity. High growth. High impact.
Own deployments end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live, and set the standard for how we deliver in a scaling startup.
Build the “deployment machine”: processes, playbooks, and tools that will power our expansion across Europe.
Lead high-impact ERP onboardings with industrial manufacturers, targeting full delivery in under 6 months.
Work closely with the Forward Deployed Engineer, who handles the technical implementation, integrations, and automation.
Own the client relationship, lead the kick-off, define the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery.
Don’t just execute – actively shape how we deploy Bonx from day one.
What the role is not
This is not a project coordination or reporting role.
You are not here to track tasks or simply follow execution.
You’re closer to a Customer Delivery Lead / Implementation Strategist / Operation manager than a traditional consultant or PM: someone who owns outcomes, drives client success, and defines how deployments are run at scale.
Qualifications
Native French, professional English - non-negotiable.
4–7 years managing complex IT projects or hands‑on consulting with strong on‑site delivery track record.
Strong stakeholder management skills: able to build deep client relationships while confidently saying “no” to protect scope.
Comfortable in high‑intensity, early‑stage startup environments.
Driven and ambitious!
Strong understanding of technical environments and ability to work closely with engineering and technical profiles.
Structured thinker who can bring clarity in complex, ambiguous situations.
