Deployment Project Manager

Working as a project manager

As a project manager, you are responsible for delivering on predefined goals. Your job is to ensure that we as a deployment team and an organization live up to our customers’ expectations—that we truly deliver value to our customers. Your main responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Running the project and ensuring that we meet deadlines, budgets, resource needs and deliver on our promises.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinating internal resources and third‑party/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
• Communicating with customers in different roles and handling their expectations.

At the end of the day, each project impacts health care professionals and their ability to effectively deliver patient care.

To thrive in this role, you need to have an understanding of IT environments so that you can communicate efficiently, understand customer requests, and handle strict deadlines. You must be service‑mindful, enjoy adapting to changing circumstances, be looking for an opportunity to take initiative, and be extremely structured and organized. You also need to be an effective problem‑solver and have previous experience or understanding of IT environments. You will manage deployment engineers as a resource, but handle customer communication independently and efficiently, including communication with IT departments, security experts and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Core Abilities

In addition to these abilities, we also want you to :

• Have an engineering or business degree, preferably with an IT component.
• Possess solid organisational skills with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Be fluent in French and English.
• Show strong communicative skills.
• Have a genuine interest in IT systems in healthcare.
