You will join the Deployment Operations team within the Digital Factory, directly supporting the Deployment Operation Manager. You will contribute to the steering, monitoring, and coordination of digital solution deployments across the Group’s various OpCos.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment Dashboard: You will help build and enhance a centralized dashboard to track project progress (Discovery, Kick‑off, UAT, Go‑Live…). You will consolidate key information and help improve visibility on risks, blockers, and overall deployment performance.
  • Coordination & operational follow‑up: You will monitor actions, deliverables, and roadmaps in connection with around twenty OpCos and the Digital Factory teams. You will ensure smooth information flow and help structure the tools needed for project steering (trackers, action lists, follow‑up documents).
  • Product & UAT support: You will monitor the product portfolio (CX, AX, Mobile, Punchout, Marketplace…) and support OpCos during onboarding. You will assist with the preparation and coordination of UAT phases and with validating updates before go‑live.
  • Reporting & analysis: You will consolidate KPIs and qualitative feedback to support decision‑making. You will help prepare summaries and reports for management and contribute to improving data quality.
  • Environment & support: You will benefit from a structured onboarding process, with strong support at the beginning and increasing autonomy over time. Weekly follow‑up meetings are scheduled. You will mainly use SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and Copilot.

Qualifications

  • You are preparing a Master’s degree (ideally a second‑year Master’s) in management, engineering, digital transformation, or project management.
  • You are structured and detail‑oriented.
  • You can handle multiple topics simultaneously and are motivated by digital environments.
  • You have an interest in KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and project management.
  • You have a good level of written and spoken English, used daily in an international context.
  • A second language (especially German) is a plus.
