Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer experience and sales strategies for the DENZA brand in the French market, ensuring a seamless and premium journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
- Design and optimize the sales initiation process to enhance customer satisfaction during test drives, order placement, and handover stages.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the sales and service experience, driving loyalty and positive word‑of‑mouth.
- Organize and participate in customer engagement events, such as test‑drive sessions and brand experience activities, to strengthen brand awareness.
- Prepare regular reports on customer experience and sales process performance, providing management with key insights and improvement recommendations.
- Manage network performance to ensure dealers meet brand standards, operational excellence, and commercial targets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or regional sales/marketing roles in the premium automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Passion for electric mobility and innovation in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel frequently in France.
- Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
