Job Overview
As Demand Planning Manager in the Dermo Cosmetics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of sales forecasts at short, medium and long horizons, leading a team of 4 demand planners, and supporting professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assurer la cohérence des bonnes pratiques, process et outils au sein de l'équipe de demand planners pour maintenir et affiner les prévisions de la demande à court, moyen et long terme.
- Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les ventes réelles, identifier les causes racines et proposer des mitigations.
- Évaluer l’impact des variations de la demande sur la chaîne d’approvisionnement et recommander, en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes, des ajustements aux plans de production et d’approvisionnement.
- Contribuer, avec CSC, à l’amélioration continue des processus et des outils de planification de la demande.
- Gérer et développer une équipe de planificateurs de la demande.
Qualifications
- Bac +5.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter des données complexes pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Très bonnes capacités de communication et d’influence, aptitude à travailler en équipe et à animer des réunions transversales.
- Rigueur, organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel indispensable.
- Connaissance des concepts S&OP/IBP.
