Demand Operations Lead: Onboard Partners to 10 Bookings

Nuitée is seeking a Demand Operations Manager to own the partner onboarding journey from signed contract to the first 10 bookings. You will coordinate onboarding end-to-end, align BDMs, Customer Support and Finance, and build the implementation team that scales with partner volume.

This is a newly created role where you will own processes, SOPs, SLAs and KPIs, and shape how onboarding operates across the organization in a remote Europe or hybrid Barcelona/Palma setup.
