What you'll do
The Demand & Field Marketing Manager is a critical member of our demand generation team across France and the broader EMEA business. This role is designed for a strategic storyteller who bridges the gap between high‑impact content creation and digital optimization. You will support creating our regional content strategy and website experience, ensuring our brand is discoverable, authoritative, and compelling across both traditional search engines and next‑generation AI platforms. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and forward‑thinking digital strategist who can craft customer success stories, authoritative blogs, high‑converting event decks, and optimize our web footprint for traditional SEO and modern AI search models (LLMs).
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Demand & Field Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer success and sales teams to identify, interview, and produce high‑impact customer case studies, video scripts, and written success stories.
- Research, write, and publish high‑quality blog articles and localized insights that position us as an industry leader.
- Own the organic social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn) for the French market, creating engaging formats that drive community growth and executive amplification.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional marketing, and Field leadership to translate complex concepts into engaging presentation decks, session abstracts, and on‑stage talking points for key corporate and regional events.
- Act as the primary bridge between HQ and EMEA marketing teams to adapt, transcreate, and localize global campaigns, product launches, and content assets specifically for the cultural and business nuances of the French market.
- Manage and update the regional website content, landing pages, and resource hubs to ensure brand consistency, high conversion rates, and a seamless user experience.
- Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on‑page optimization to maximize organic search visibility and traffic.
- Implement next‑generation optimization strategies to ensure our content is accurately indexed, cited, and recommended by AI search engines, chatbots, and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Create localized sales collateral, one‑pager, and email sequence copy to help regional sales teams convert inbound interest and nurture open pipeline.
- Write compelling, high‑converting copy for digital ads, newsletter sponsorships, and automated email nurture tracks.
- Analyze and report on content performance, website traffic, search rankings, and AI visibility metrics, leveraging data to iteratively improve content ROI.
Job Designation
Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be a weekly in‑office expectation.)
What you bring
Basic
- 5+ years of B2B high‑tech marketing experience, with a proven track record focusing on Content Marketing, Copywriting, SEO, or Digital Growth.
- Experience demonstrating an ability to write compelling blog content, deeply resonant customer stories, and high‑impact presentation decks.
- Experience collaborating with corporate/HQ teams to adapt global marketing initiatives and translate complex English assets into impactful French‑first copy.
- Experience managing modern Content Management Systems.
- Experience with modern SEO principles (technical, on‑page, off‑page) and practical knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), knowing how to structure data and content for LLM discovery.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English with excellent professional proficiency both written and spoken.
- Experience with marketing tech stacks, web analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred
- Master‑level degree, preferably with a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Computer Science emphasis.
- Hands‑on experience prompt‑engineering or utilizing AI tools to scale content production pipelines without sacrificing quality.
- Prior experience in a journalism, corporate communications, or technical writing role.
