Delivery Solutions Architect Manager – Growth & Adoption

Databricks is seeking a seasoned DSA Manager to build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects across SEMEA with a focus on France. You will drive post-sales delivery strategy, align with Sales, Pre-Sales, FDE and Partners, and shepherd customers to maximize platform value.

You will hire and coach a diverse team, own business growth, and serve as the technical sponsor for major accounts, shaping the delivery roadmap and assets to ensure success.
