Responsibilities
- Drive quality and contractual commitments
- Ensure the quality of CRM deliverables and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Ensure the application and continuous improvement of the project methodology.
- Lead organizational and tooling transformations
- Co-define and implement process, method and tool improvements across the group.
- Oversee major structural initiatives (e.g., 4CADCLIENT, KANTATA, WIKI).
- Measure performance and profitability
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure client billing.
- Manage service margin and safeguard the overall profitability of CRM delivery.
- Manage managers
- Organization: support your managerial leads in structuring their scopes (build and run).
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery management, ideally within the CRM domain.
- Strong experience in managing managers and driving change.
- Excellent skills in performance management and financial monitoring.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to unite teams around common objectives.
- Structured, results-oriented mindset with a strong quality and customer focus.
