Role Overview

You will join our product teams, where you drive operational excellence and shape the future of data delivery. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Energy Analysts and Data Engineers.

The team you will be joining

The Kayrros Data Products team manages a portfolio of products that help energy market participants around the world make the right investment decision. Leveraging Kayrros’ unique geospatial AI engine to extract value from satellite imagery, the products that the team develops are related to oil, gas, power and carbon markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead seamless product deliveries, coordinating with labelers and cross-functional product teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes in partnership with data engineering teams.
• Architect and optimize data delivery pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Establish operation excellence standards across all delivery workflows.
• Define and implement comprehensive quality standards for data accuracy, frequency and timeliness and for delivery performance.
• Design and deploy robust QA/QC frameworks tailored to each data product.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and quality reporting systems.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Serve as incident response coordinator, orchestrating swift resolution across infrastructure, engineering, product and customer success teams.
• Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate closely with customer support and success teams to enhance user experience and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and customer-facing functions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Computer Science / IT degree.
• Proficiency in Python with hands‑on coding experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in data operations, product delivery or similar technical roles.
• Data engineering knowledge, understanding data pipelines and data infrastructure concepts.
• Strong background in data pipeline management and quality assurance processes.
• Proven experience in incident management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, etc.) and familiarity with automated testing and deployment processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) to communicate with international teams.
• Strong team spirit.
